Greenery Lane card – The Project Share Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the August 2026 Project Share Project blog hop. Our fabulous little group of independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrators create a project for a monthly Blog Hop. Our theme this month is Case A Project Share demonstrator. So, I’ve chosen to create a Greenery Lane card inspired by Verity of www.Inkybutterfly.com

And here’s Verity’s card that inspired me so much…

ABOUT MY PROJECT

Verity’s colour palette is much softer than mine, as I chose to use some of the 2026-2028 In Colors. I stamped the leaves with Peaceful Pine, the sentiment with Hydrangea Hue and my little flowers with Barely Blush and Hydrangea Hue inks. Instead of using the Stylish Shapes dies, I chose to only use the Spotlight on Nature dies. This meant that the ring for my wreath narrower than Verity’s. So I added a circle inside mine. I also only blended the Barely Blush ink onto my background and instead of blending on the Hydrangea Hue ink, I splashed some on with my Stampin’ Blends. And to add a bit of extra sparkle, I also splashed the sentiment circle with my Barely Blush Shimmer Brush…

I love Verity’s card and hope that I’ve done it justice, whilst still making it my own! I urge you to check out Verity’s YouTube video to see how she made her perfectly pretty card…
